Western Digital hard drives - different labels and pricing differences?

I was looking at Newegg at the 4TB red Pro and they had 2 listes $164 and $285 and the only difference I could see was the image used and the sticker. The new (gaudy IMHO) image with some cube on the front vs the old ones they used for the last 3-4 years. The more expensive one is the older sticker drive only shows 2yr warranty vs the new sticker having 5 years. (and it is $120 more!

Pricier one ships from China, cheaper one ships from US.

Wow, that's the only diff? Seems like the one from China should be less expensive. Seems like a really odd situation.

The more expensive one is an older model. Not sure if that is an advantage.
