Weird XP Security Problem

It seems my recent xp installed screwed up the xp security center and I get an error when I try to start the Windows firewall/internet sharing service that says 'error 1075: the dependancy service does not exist or is marked for deletion'

Thus I think the firewall is enabled and blocking ports because azureues keeps getting a nat error event hough its port forwarded.

Any ideas to disable the firewall or install the service?
