I just got this motherboard yesterday to preface the system starts up and runs just fine.

Win 10
Msi Gaming 5
i3 4370
16g Corsair Vengeance pro
Sapphire 7970
Samsung M.2 250g ssd

For reference I am using a Razor Ouroboros

So here is the problem now

The debug LED is reading between 43,44,45,46,47,48,49,50,51 and 52 error debug codes
Tried looking those up on the interwebs and craptasic guide that was included but nothing came up. The noise I was referring to only happens when I scroll the mouse wheel up and down or move the mouse. Other then that it does not make a noise at all. the noise sounds kinda like a very very very very small short circuit noise Its nearly inaudible, But its annoying at the same time.

Again it runs fine and starts up fine
Any ideas would helpful

i have an msi gaming 7 and those debug codes are actually the cpu temp.

The noise is caused by the system processing the mouse movement.
The EM radiation is picked up by the sound system.

It could be due to the microphone being enabled but not used, a bad shield connection on a connected microphone...
Or inadequate shielding around the audio chip.
