Our 9579 27" IPS LED monitor has been a brilliant success..[but]..there were some things that customers didn't like and asked to have improved.
The fixed plastic stand was replaced with a heavy-duty metal reinforced stand, which can be detached by removing a single screw. The monitor also sports a 100x100 VESA mounting pattern, making it compatible with most wall and desk mounts.
We also improved the interface to the monitor in two ways. First, we moved the connectors from the bottom of the panel, which offered too little room for maneuver, to the side, which makes it much easier to see and access the connections. We also improved the menu control buttons by making them larger, with greater spacing, and made the power button a different shape so that it is easy to distinguish by feel alone.
