Warm: 30% Off EA Downloadable Games...

I looked through the first three pages of the deals forum and wasn't able to find this, so figured I'd post:

Granted, it's no where near as good as the Steam holiday sale, but me thinks DAO for $35 bucks ain't too shabby.

I'd rather eat a garbage bag full of glass shards than buy a direct download game from EA again.

If you buy from them make sure you make a bunch of backups of your game, and then scrub the EA software out of your PC as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, not as close as being hot to the deal back in December, 40% off titles + 30% off coupon.

I don't see the problem with the EA software? It's alot less intrusive than Steam. It's only a download manager used to download your games. Login -> Choose which games to download -> Install -> Play. You don't even need EADM to be running.

And people who have purchased games have reported they can still download after a year or so now. But of course, just make a backup of the install folders.
