At work I could dig you up some AMD gear from that era (or even older). On Friday I replaced a users 10 year old Athlon system that I used in 2003 but passed it down.

bump, need more hardware for testing...
Apparently I also need a modern sound card that has drivers for Windows 7, it seems that the HP motherboard I have doesn't have drivers for Windows 7 for it's built in sound card. So when I try to load up Skyrim, it bitches about no sound and then closes.

I picked up everything in late January 2006, but I don't think any of it was manufactured in '06 cept maybe the replacement heatsink
I have always kept the parts around for maybe a server setup or something, but I have never used any of it (cept the psu I had is in my htpc frankenbuild now) I am pretty sure I still have the mobo box and most/all of it's contents.

I should have an old turtlebeach soundcard from like 2004 and an x-fi xtreme gamer card that I picked up in 2006 (don't think it is being used atm)

Yeah sorry, losing track of who Ive been contacting. Waiting on some parts to come in. Gonna wait till those come in before I make any more offers, I might have what I need if those sellers follow through.
