If you create a bootable USB using the media creation tool, does it install a fresh version of windows 10 at the current branch for business level and then try to update it?
Or will it install all the latest updates?
I'd like to ensure when I do a fresh install I can select defer updates before it trys to update, and not have any updates included during the install that a PC wouldnt have gotten already with defer updates enabled.
I'm also thinking as long as I keep the ethernet unplugged I can get into group policy and disable updating drivers via windows update before it trys to install drivers for all my devices?
