UT2004 system lock on exit

I just put Unreal Tournamnet 2004 back on my system and I am having an issue where my system will lockup completely when I exit the game. I had this issue before and I know it has to do with Nvidia video drivers. I can not remember how to fix this however, it has something to do with an ini file? Anyone know what I need to change?

I seemed to remember that it had something to do with the Athlon 64's Data Execution Prevention.
 
In the boot.ini, the last line should read ".../NoExecute=AlwaysOff"

instead of "...../NoExecute=OptIn"

the .... meant to represent the beginning of the line. You can't miss it knowing though. The no execute is there clear as day it's just that one part to switch.
 
Yes that is it texuspete00, thank you. I wonder why they havn't fixed this in patch? I am running the latest ver. 3355.
