Upgrading case fans in a Lian-Li PC-61B?

Has anyone who has this case (or a similar Lian-Li model) upgraded the case fans to something that pushes a little bit more air than the stock ones? The fact that the stock fans aren't screwed to the case (they're little plastic tacks) worries me.

If so, does anyone have any fans that they recommend? I have a Vantec Nexus, and I want fans that blow like hell when the Nexus is turned all the way up, and are moderately quiet when it's turned all the way down.

Also, does anyone have any experience with replacing the stock air grills to something less restricting, like these, for example:

Thanks in advance.

Panaflo fans usually have good noise:cfm ratios. Avoid Thermaltake.

Lian-Li probably doesn't use screws because they tend to introduce fan vibration into the case.
