Hey guys, I am thinking of moving to a triple monitor setup. This is non gaming setup.

Primary usage is daily BS, editing some video (non critical - just family vids), and have the option of multi-tasking a few other items.....

I would like the center monitor be an 24inch but do not want 24inch wings. Not sure what my options are, but hopefully whatever they are it look good in the office.
I dont mind doing triple 22inch, but I dont really want the width. I really hope that a 20/24/20 setup can be had and hopefully it looks really good physically speaking.

My budget, just for monitors is about 4-500 CAD. They will be mounted on a stand of some sort, that will be the next piece of the puzzle.

Right now I am running a SB-2500K setup mITX, will be moving to a IV mITX setup shortly. I may purchase a GPU, but will start out as a IV gpu.

** 1 monitor (if not all), should have an HDMI and speakers - only because I sometimes watch live TV feeds for various event when I work.

Thanks

Odd setup, 20/24/20. Theoretically it would work if you use 1600x1200 20" and a 1920x1200 24", but the PPI difference is so high spanning wouldn't look very good. A better match would be 21" 1600x1200 monitors. Problem is that both 1920x1200 24" and 1600x1200 21" monitors are very uncommon and may go over your budget.

I see what you are saying.

Perhaps, I need to move to 3 of the same monitor. I was really hoping to use 24's, but now looking at 22's.

thanks
