Getting ready to install a TRUE.
When I thread the screws into the back plate (just a trial fit, right out of the box) they do not bottom out. In other words- the shoulder of the screw is not flush with the back panel when 'finger tight.' It doesn't seem that the threads are cut all the way through the base plate.
Is this by design?
Should I just go ahead and tighten the screws until they bottom out?
Thanks.
