I bought a 680 Thermaltake ps a couple of years ago and it was great while it worked. One day i came in and it died - machine wouldnt even post.
I replaced it with an Enermax 620 and was pretty happy because my machine was back running
One day i rechecked my Warranty status with the Thermaltake and to my surprise it was still under warranty - but i was worried because on the eRMA page my model number wasnt listed. So i email tech support and they direct me to the correctpart number to use and i send it off for repair/replacement.
about 10 days later i get a Shiny Brand Spankin new Toughpower 700W with Crossfire Support
Here i am expecting a repaired old 680 and i get this.....WOW THANK YOU Thermaltake!!!
