I can only surmise that those who uses women as wallpapers are either not in a relationship or their gf's just do not care . lol
I took it 2 days ago in the Cascades not too far outside of Seattle. Its called Lake Serene. Its actually about 4 or 5 pictures put together, thats why its a bit distorted.

Been a while. Pretty simple stuff:
Yea it's just part of the theme to hide/show taskbar icons. There's also a similar switch within the start menu.

You usually have to also replace the explorerframe.dll file in system32 with the specific one that comes with every theme. I forget if you have ownership by default or not but look into 'Take Ownership' if you're having problems with the file. .BAK the original one and just drop the new one in.
