I have a second DS1512+ on the way and a bunch of 3TB seagates I plan to put into a 2x4 drive SHR-2 (synology's RAID-6) arrays for 6TB usable storage that would require at least 6 drives to fail at the same time for there to be any data loss or even downtime.
