Spyware? Virus? Help?

Recently I've started to have some really brutal changes on my system. I'm really not sure if it's a virus or if it's spyware, I've checked for both.

What's going on is that every time I reboot my system, this "thing", whatever it is, creates about 10 icons on my desktop (bingo, air travel, etc..). It also completely reorganises my IE favorites and adds new ones (again useless things like bingo and online casinos). Another thing it does is I get these pain in the ass "easy search" bars. Also every time I leave IE closed for a certain amount of time, or reboot, it changes my homepage (to www.wabu.com). Then recently it set up a content filter, I can't visit anything with lots of bad language or anything else "harmful".

I am the only one using this comp and I know I didn't dl anything like this. So far I've scanned for spyware with Ad-aware 6.0, Spybot S&D and some weird program that I don't how I got, called SpyBan. I've scanned for viruses with PC-cillin 2002, none of has helped. If anyone has seen this before, please help me out.

Thank you soooooooo much. I was starting to think that reformatting and lossing 100GB would be better than putting up with all the shit that came with that program.
 
they usually have uninstall information on their site, you just have to look for it a bit.
