If you push the fans to max it will be loud like any blower. I always kept fans to 70% max which gave it decent clocks without being too loud.

Not quite media pc so I doubt you'll be interested but I intend to part with my ref vega 64 (powercolor w/ stock blower) + bykski rgb block + some cash for either a 1080ti or rtx xxxx.

Card was never used for mining, and has no problems.
