I have 10x Dell Latitude E5540 laptop that are retired from a education environment. They all have identical specs. I would rate the condition a C+. A Dell 65w charger is included. Fresh Dell OEM Windows 7 Pro installed and activated. You can install Win10 but it will not activate. Will have marking/sticker residue/scratches.

EDIT: I also have 3 that have bad batteries, $40 each + actual shipping. These need to be plugged in all the time unless you get a new battery for it.

Don't know, didn't try it. They're all packed up and ready to go. Besides, I don't have Win7 on dvd. See, now you got me to go do some research!
