Software to use dvd-rw as backup device?

Couldnt see this in the above titled sticky?!

I want to use a dvd-rw disk as a backup.....not for my os or complete hd, but certain directories i setup e.g. my pics.

Ideally once a week i put the disk in, click a batch file/prog, and it updates and adds any changed files.

I dont want to screw around with Nero and creating multisession disks etc.

Any ideas?

I'm not really sure about this.. but some of the commercially available backup programs should do the trick. Try products from Symantec and Veritas.
