Here's a few more things I would try and see if you get any results. Relax your timings more to 3-3-3-6. Just to be safe that it's not your RAM getting overheated or anything of that sort. Head into BIOS and switch your USB to legacy 1.1 and make sure it is not a conflict with any USB devices (supposing you have at least 1). Try the latest nVidia 77.77 beta drivers and see if you get anymore runtime errors. Set fan speed to Noise-High and see if it helps with stability.
Then there's a few questions I have for your system. Have you updated your BIOS (though this doesn't seem like a BIOS related issue)? What temp is your CPU running at (not sure if "system temp" refers to that or not)?
