i take it no one has any idea about this
I uninstalled the client and reinstalled it but the same thing happens

When it stop, bring the task manager and see if you still have the 4x FahCore_a1.exe running ?

Can you describe what steps you took to uninstall then reinstall the client ?

How far are you overclocking and how hot does it get when you're folding? Have you tried it at stock speeds?

Answer this as well since it's a very good question, didn't think of asking myself :p The SMP client is sensitive to overclocking, more than Orthos...

noo oc the PD820 is running at 2.8GHz under full load the cpu hits 64c

I've had a few issues with that unit way too many early ends and a number of the problem you seem to be having. In fact the 2651 is a topic by itself on the community forum as well.

I have no clue why but it I see it way more on my 2 Intel boxes and almost never on the AMD machines. One would think when Stanford sees a trend they would pull the unit however in the really big picture it might not have hit a high enough reject rate yet.

I even dropped to stock speeds, changed clients a few times all to no avial. Usually once you reject a project 3 or more times you don't see it for a while. Having said that I just got my first one in a month so we will see how it goes.

Luck
