Unfortunately this kind of crap is very common with online photo dealers. Nearly all try to nag you into buying additional overpriced accessories, and some are downright hostile about it, going so far as to delay or cancel your order if you don't pony up. I've bought from a couple over the years, including a recent Canon G3 purchase, that tried to sell me accessories but took my polite but firm NO for an answer and shipped promptly anyway. Can't remember their name off the top of my head, but I can look at my invoice when I get home and post it if anybody cares.
