Samsung MZMTD128HAFV: SATA 2.0 Or SATA 3.0?

I've just acquired one of these mSATA units and I would like to know if its interface is SATA 2.0 3.0Gb or SATA 3.0 6.0Gb. Information seems to be conflicting, and in the installed machine (Lenovo Yoga 13), I'm seeing read speeds of ~280MB/s and write speeds of ~130MB/s.

The SSD is SATA 3.0, while the interface it's connected to is SATA 2.0. *sigh*
