You mean you cannot call them up explain the situation and get it worked out over the phone so you come post in a forum asking to give you all the words to say? Goes something like this:


Hi, Samsung? I see that there is an issue with my order, can you help me sort it out?

few minutes of explaining and you are done...

/call over

This isn't rocket science here...
