Thanks, debated on this all day and finally pulled the trigger. I just built a new rig a few months ago and filled all of the Gen4 slots with a P41 and two SN850X’s so I’m all good there, but I still have a Gen3 slot open so it may end up there… Also, I’ve always thought it’d be neat to have one of those external Samsung SSDs - I went ahead and picked up a Sabrent USB-C enclosure that was on sale so I can stick it in there and have a big ol’ overkill flash drive if I need one.

I have a 970 Evo plus already 1Tb in gen 3 x 4 / $42.99 for a 1Tb model Gen 4 x 4 /5000 speed on the P3 Plus and not the slower Crucial P3 gen 3 x 4 drive.
