Been plugged in for about 5 minutes now. Display port gave all red and white and green tearing and colors. Switched it over to the HDMI plug-in and must admit not really impressed with the lighting or coloring on this monitor... I hope that my display port isn't damaged in some manner, I will give it another shot.

I'm going to guess that HDMI is not the ideal way to hook this monitor up? Seems incredibly sensitive to having whites look like a mixed range of colors..

This is what it gives me when I put it a display port - issue with cable or with monitor do we think?:

if its cable, the image should became less terrible at a lower refresh rate.
 
bios screen should be set at lower refresh rate, if bios is terrible as well, it may not be cable
 
It's not the monitor. It's the HDR in windows 10 that is beyond broken ATM. Turn HDR off in win10 and you should have perfect monitor :)
