Safe to move around rig with large heatsink?

I was wondering if its safe to move around a rig with a hyper 212+ for example. Or is there a high risk of motherboard or cpu damage? Should they be removed each time its moved?

Keep your case laying down not up,with the heatsink in upwards position,and u should be fine. This is what i do when i move my stuff around,but i am more worried about my big video card not snaping in 2...
