Running two Podcasts: CU Backslash and GIG Cast

Hello, I currently help run two Podcasts CU Backslash and GIG Cast ( currently writing the first episode, due January 2006 ) and we currently do the podcast with Skype and have one computer designated to record. We are looking into improving the quality of our podcast and we were wondering if there was any way to record from Skype and have each voice on it's own track. We are in the process of developing custom software to do this for us be we would rather use another method, does anyone have and idea how to do this on a budget? As far as recording goes we use mostly Plantronics .90 headsets so on the raw recording it sounds fine.
