Router Keeps Reseting

Hey, I just bought a second computer and installed a D-Link DI624 router to my DSL modem so both of my computers can have internet access. However, the router keeps shutting off and turning back on disrupting the internet connections to both computers. (The reconnect automatically but the "A Network Cable Has Been Disconected" warning pops up and all the lights on the router shut off and then turn back on)

Ive reinstalled the router several times, and tried updating it online but neither of thoes things seem to help.

Oh yeah, both of my computers are connected by cable not wireless.
 
Return it, or try calling DLINK's tech support. Your router should not reboot itself unless it is defective.
