I have been having issues with my phone randomly locking up, and rebooting, as well as apps not opening unless I reboot the phone.
When I try to open a request on the samsung site, it says I am under warranty but when i get the next step in the process "trouble shooting guides" all the options are greyed out. I can't seem to progress beyond this. I tried internet explorer, firefox, and chrome. I was wondering if anyone have RMA'd a phone with samsung, and if there is a trick to it.
Even better would be if someone would just see if they could get past the second step in RMAing.
I am going to run out of warranty time.
