Remove Vista Beta 2

I need to go ahead and remove Vista beta 2 form my PC. I don't want to format, but it's on a separate partition duel booting with XP. If if kill the e partition that it's on and do fix boot in the Xp recovery console will I be good again? Or do I need to rewrite the boot.ini first?

No, it should be fine. Delete the Vista partition and then run your fixboot command from the recovery console.
