The last lowest price was 500 when I bought it and it is great monitor. Meh for gaming but I still use it for gaming. It is really awesome for MS Office, Photoshop, and everything else. It comes factory calibrated too. I didn't really have to mess with it that much to get solid prints (not a pro of course).

Price is ok, definitely not red hot.

The Dell P2715Q has HDMI 1.4, not 2.0. HDMI 1.4 will only do 4k@30hz.

LG's competing 27" IPS 4k model launched recently for similar price shipped from Frys but it offers HDMI 2.0 w/ HDCP2.2 and AMD Freesync on DP.

Also read some of the comments on your posted link and people are receiving old P2715Q revision A01 models from Adorama which were manufactured in 2014 and have displayport handshake issues. The current release shipping from Dell is revision A03. Rev is printed on the sticker on the rear. Be careful with the older revisions waking from sleep mode and displayport operating at only 4k@30hz and some other issues.
