having bought my 256mb usb stick mp3 player from ebay brand new. its a mambox 505.

it did work till now, it seems broke. plugging into usb port doesnt do anything (it doesnt need battery) since it use to act like a normal usb stick. and putting in a battery to try and power it up nothing happens too. i paid a good 100 GBP+ for it. i love it and damm heart broken with out it. can someone recommend me any technicians to fix it. they guy i bought it off wont reply, and i obviously aint getting refund or claiming any warranty as such since it did not come with any.
