Recommend me the best/cheapest mATX mobo

ok, so I just built my server and happened into another sum of money. So I figure the only course of action is to add to my collection. This time im going mATX with an Antec Minuet just because I like the looks. Im going to be building this on a budget of about $500-$600 CDN~~~~!.

I don't really care if its AMD or Intel but I need a board with onboard video/sound/lan, as this case only takes low profile cards.

I ended up getting this one(Abit VA-10 SocketA Motherboard), bought it yesterday and getting it today. After I install it I will tell you how it is. Plus it is cheap.
