I slapped in the FX-55 and all was well for a week or so, untill lastnight. It kept rebooting on me, even at stock speeds. I swapped memory, memory slots..nope. I put back in my Opti 148 and same deal. I am on a fresh install of XP, like 2 weeks old. I am thinking PSU or Mobo...not much else it could be, right?

Guess so then. :D Will swap PSU tonight and see how that goes. If no luck...new mobo time. Ughhh...then I need to think about X2's. The X2 4600 has a higher multiplier, doesn't it?

Check the output of your PSU if you can, especially during load.

Um, have you tried Memtest on the RAM?

Have you tried using only one stick of ram at a time? Maybe one stick went bad

Have not tried mem test. I can run it in the bios, would that be the same as doing running it in Windows? I dont use the prog, so I am not sure.

Yeah, I have tried all 4 in diff slots and things.

I usually boot into DOS to run memtest... Off a windows boot disk...

I'd use the Bios option tho, it works nicely.
