RAID controller for 16 7200 rpm drives

Hey anyone have any recommendations on a raid card for 16 7200 rpm SATA 6gb/s hard drives?

I was thinking the LSI 9265 or 9270 but I don't think I need PCI-E 3.0 for this (maybe?)

any suggestions are welcome.

I use this one and it has been working flawlessly and does not get nearly as hot as my previously used older gen cards:
