Radeon: LCD 1280*1024 + tv overlay: possible?

hi!
i'm gonna buy a radeon 9200 SE and i want to be able to work on my computer while playing a video on my tv.

I read that tv overlay (I mean, movies displayed fullscreen on the tv) is only available in clone mode, that clone mode requires both outputs to have the same resolution, and that maximum tv resolution is 1024*768.

Does it mean that i cant have my computer screen in 1280*1024 while playing movies on my tv???

please can someone try this for me with any radeon?

Or does anyone know a fanless video card that would not be designed for 3d, but that could do what i just described?

u can do two different resolution, im pretty sure... i can do it with my nvidia cards....., instead of vertical/horizontal span, and clone... u want Dualview
