Is it better to run a FSB : DRAM ratio 1:1 or out of sync (i.e. 4:5)?

1:1 for the most part is better to use if the ram will handle the overclock.

It doesn't really make a difference with Intel systems. However, running the RAM at a higher speed generally provides more of a benefit than keeping it 1:1 with the FSB, so I'd have to say 4:5 is a little bit better (although you won't notice any real-world differences).
