Problems with Optical Drive- Please Help

I am using a Samsung DVD burner and I am unable to play any media on it. BIOS recognizes the drive and it shows under Computer, but when I insert media, nothing happens. I RMA'd my first drive because of this problem and I just got back the replacement today and same problem.

The drive worked fine installing Windows and other software, but now suddenly no media will play. I have AutoPlay enabled. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
 
Never mind. This mobo is really peculiar. I had to switch to the SATA 4 port for it to work for some reason. Whatever. The drive works now.
