Driver Install: the installation failed

I switched to 11.2 and it installed fine but I don't have the widescreen resolution setting in the control center. WTF?

I have 2 x 6950's 2GB (HIS and Visiontek) in crossfire. The bridge is connected and both cards bios are on position 1. This is on Win 7 64 bit OS.

stop running driver sweeper, it messes up trying to fix something that isn't broken.

Where is it failing on installation? does it install the CCC and fail on driver installation? can you update the driver manually through device manager?

What happens if you try and uninstalll 11.2 normally?

Well I figure out that to enable 2560x1600 on catalyst 11.2, I have to use the first dual link DVI port.

For 11.3, it's the display driver that failed to install.
