Pre-paid carrier comparisons

My wife's family wants to switch to a pre-paid carrier, but I'm having a hard time finding out which pre-paid carrier might be best in the smaller town they live in. It seems like all the major carriers work there, but AT&T/T-Mobile I think might only be EDGE speeds. Is there a website that has this kind of information all laid out with comparison/coverage data? Which pre-paid carriers use which of the major carriers coverage maps, etc?
 
I don't know of any site comparing all the pre paid options, your probably going to need to go to each site individually
