You really have to look at the context in which the HTML is being used. If someone with no html experience just wants a quick "album" from photoshop, then there would probably be no real problems with using the html output on the web. The big issue you run into when trying to design a site using photoshop is maintenance. Imagine having to update each of those "individual attributes" everytime you wanna change something small across the entire site.
