PC Problem

[overstand]

Since yesterday I noticed when my computer started up there was a bunch of dots going verticly on my screen. When the computer loads up it is really slow and will reset after a short period of time, anyone know what this is?

I have a dell dimension 8400 p4 with a nvidia 6800gt, 1gig ram
