Outlook problem

We have outlook installed on our citrix server and over the weekend it stopped working. I try to open outlook, it flashes the inbox, them closes quickly. No useful errors in event view, I cannot get useful information using windbg.exe or logger.exe.

Anyone have a sugestion on verbos logging of microsoft outlook 2003 in server 2003?

Is outlook actually crashing, or is it just disappearing? Check the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI\LogoffCheckSysModules

Look to see if someone put outlook.exe into the key. If so, this could be the problem. This key tells Citrix to close the session if any of these programs are running. It's useful for applications that open windowsless or tray applications (acrotray.exe from Adobe is the big one).

The symptom of this would be that outlook opens, remains open for about a minute (probably a little less) and then just disappears.
