so, I've got a weird Opera question/issue
I'm not sure if its Opera 10 since release, or if Opera 9 exhibited this
basically, if you have a download going, if you have the downloads tab up, if you're focused on that tab, your download goes SLUG slow, you move focus to another tab and it'll speed up (we're not talking like .5 KB/s here, we're talking like 300-600% faster)
