Open air/open bench case

Or you could go all ghetto and just set everything on a few sheets of cardboard and pocket the cash. If you are just testing it for functionality then it won't be there for long. Or you could find some scrap aluminum and grab a hammer to bend it and a drill for holes and do a high end ghetto test bench.

Or go somewhere in between...if you google something along the lines of "build open air mining case" you get back links to a lot of simple DIY builds. I've linked two of them, strictly as examples of what you can find. The simplest are made using either 1x2 or 2x2 lumber for the frame (these are easy to cut with a small hand saw). Using cross beams for mounting the motherboard standoffs which are easily made with bolts coming in from the bottom you don't even need a base/mobo tray (see the Spotswood aluminum products linked earlier for examples).

Look at a few of these videos and then modify one of them to meet your needs. Keep it simple and functional and you should be able to build it for under $20. When you're not using it, hang it on a nail in the wall and let it sub as "art". :)

Are you referring to the mining type rigs, or to "factory built" bench tables?

For mining rigs, go to eBay and search for "open air mining case". You'll get multiple hits. Same if you Google it.

For the bench tables, here are a few, in addition to the Spotswood and Open Bench that were linked earlier:

This next one isn't exactly a bench table, but more along the lines of a case that opens up so that it allows you access to the components like a bench table does...

I'm sure that there are more, especially variations of the acrylics, but these are just the ones that I happened to have handy links to.
