office chair mat that doesn't travel?

I am seeing if anyone knows of a good 36x48 office chair mat for carpet that won't travel? I have tried a few and they need to be moved back to their "spot" daily.. I think I need something with large spikes on the flip side. or the hook side of velcro.. before I experiment again with buying something that might not work I thought I would check here.

i bought a mat from Costco that stays put.
otherwise, drilling through and fastening it to the floor.

Any office supply or office furniture store should have them. They'll usually have chair mats with different spike heights, etc. for different carpet heights. I'm assuming this is for a home environment, so you'll need a mat for a medium to high pile carpet.

Thanks the the replies. ok - I will try Staples or something.. Fry's used to have a good selection but doesn't any more. It is for a home, for medium level home carpeting... I do need something with some pretty good sized spikes on the back side so it really digs in.

Could always try amazon's Chair Mats section, and just do a sort for best reviewed and look for a high rated one with the correct spike length for your carpet?
