OCZ pc4000 2x512mb VX

I got these ocz pc4000 Vx that are valid for 2-2-2-6 under 3.3v dual channel at 500mhz. The trick is i cant get these to function at these speeds with my system,it always locks up?

Specs:
Abit AN8 Ultra
AMD X2 4400+(stock cooler for now)
Ocz Pc 4000 2x512mb Vx
Asus 7800gtx 256mb
Antect smart power 2.0 500w
Windows Xp SP2

I believe the only motherboard that can provide this much powe to the DIMM is DFI NF4. Not sure an Abit will work

Did you voltmod your mobo to give it 3.3v? Have you played with the ram timings with the A64 Tweaker?

Actually i can put the dram voltage up to 3.5v,tried it a 3.3 only stable i could get was 2-3-3-6 at 3.3v and 220mhz with my amd 4400+ at 11*220mhz.
