OCing a 2600+ to 2.5 realistic without watercooling?

Just a few quick questions...

How much can a locked 2600+ OC to?

Also could I get it to around 2.4-2.5 ghz without a watercooling system? I beleive my mobo has up to 17.5 multiplyer, so actually OC it to the max, which is a little less than 2.4

I have it setup so the case is well vented and fanned, and I bought a better fan/heatsink then the one that came with the cpu.

It's actaully arriving from newegg, so I won't know if its locked or not until then, but I hear that all them ARE locked now.

How far has anyone gotten a locked 2600+ to?

saw this topic, but thats for the 2500+. Kinda gives me an idea though.

Not sure how the multiplier works.
