OC Clock problems

Dunno if its just my monitor program or what but for some reason my AMD 64 is clocked at 808 mHZ thats slower than what my P3 ran at. Dun get it....
 
this is probably during idle right? You must have CnQ enabled or your htt (fsb is too low).
 
The core voltage was set wrong in the defaults. On my monitor it told me that it was running at .9 volts so I manually set it to 1.5, and its at like 3x default for htt dunno why in God's name it did this but I manually set that to 9x like its supposed to be at. Its still running at around 25 C.
 
set it back to how it was to begin with, and monitor while running a cpu intensive program. your computer should run at it's normal speeds then
