Oblivion - Random Black Screen

So recently, after installing the XG 84.25 drivers, I started get random black screens in Oblivion. The screen goes black, but the sound is there and so is the cursor/HUD. Runing on my 7900GT overclocked to GTX speeds. I would blame it on overclocking stability but all my other games run absolutely stable . . .

Is this a driver issue?
